The Socioeconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) of the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) will hold its 12th Knowledge-Sharing Forum this year, with the theme “Indigenous Peoples and Nation-Building: Lessons in Leadership, Sustainability, and Peace.”

This event is in collaboration with Bukidnon State University (BukSU) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to be held on March 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Bukidnon State University and online via Zoom.

The knowledge-sharing forum will highlight the vital role of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in nation-building and development, focusing on Indigenous knowledge systems and practices in governance, environmental conservation, and conflict resolution, and explore how these can inform more inclusive and culturally responsive policies.

Interested participants can register for onsite or online attendance at https://bit.ly/pidsevent031126.

As onsite participation is limited, registration will require manual approval. The event will also be livestreamed on the PIDS, SERP-P, BukSU, and PUP Facebook pages for broader accessibility.
