Since 2012, select measures under the Framework Convention of Tobacco Control (specifically under Articles 6 and 11) have been implemented by the DOH, including Republic Act 10351 (or the “Sin Tax Law of 2012”) and its amendments and Republic Act No. 10643 (or the “Graphic Health Warnings Law”).
