The Philippines is a recipient of a loan and grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for the purpose of the implementation of the RAPID Growth Project through seven (7) regions involving twenty one (21) provinces for the years 2020 – 2025. The RAPID Growth Project has the goal of sustainably increasing the income of small farmers and unemployed rural women and men by providing strategic enabling conditions for the sustained growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in selected agricultural value chains. As specified in the Financing Agreement between IFAD and GOP, the RAPID Project shall commission major evaluation activities, specifically: 1) Baseline Survey; and 2) End-of-Line Survey, to determine the relevance and fulfillment of Project’s objectives, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability.
