The Philippine Institute for Development Studies welcomed Just Jobs Network Deputy Director Greg Randolph to its new office at the Cyberpod Three Centris.
As the Philippines' foremost socioeconomic think tank, the PIDS has been invited by Just Jobs to become a member of its network and participate in its endeavors by providing national and regional expertise on addressing critical issues of employment, wages, and inequality.
A global network of think tanks, policymakers, and private and nongovernment organizations, the Just Jobs Networks’ research focuses on labor and employment issues. Member-institutions share and communicate knowledge expertise and engagement initiatives with one another to influence a more inclusive, jobs-based economic growth.
PIDS President Gilberto Llanto is optimistic that PIDS’ participation will be good for the Institute. Hearing different insights from around the world on shared issues will "add great value" to PIDS' work and commitment to providing well-researched and sound policy advice to the country’s leaders and policymakers. ###
