The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), in partnership with the Cordillera Studies Center of the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio conducted a policy research forum on "Human Capital: Health, Education, and Building Resilience" on April 6, 2016 at the UP Baguio Alumni Center in Baguio City.

There were two papers presented during the forum--one on the results of an impact evaluation study conducted by PIDS on the School-Based Feeding Program of the Department of Education and another on managing risks and building resilience. The first paper was presented by PIDS Consultant Ana Maria Tabunda, who is also professor at UP School of Statistics and research director of Pulse Asia Research, Inc. while the second paper was discussed by PIDS President Gilberto Llanto.
