The Philippine Institute for Development Studies will hold a public seminar on "10 Laws of Innovation Ecosystems in Emerging Economies" on March 4, 2019 (Monday), from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, at the PIDS Conference Room, 18th Floor, Three Cyberpod Centris North Tower, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
Dr. Joel Cuello, our resource person, will talk about science and technology innovation ecosystems and how to make them flourish and contribute to emerging economies like the Philippines. Dr. Cuello is an Immediate Past President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering in 2019 and a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Science and Technology – Philippines.
