The National Statistics Office (NSO) reported that the country’s year-on-year inflation rate went up further to 4.1 percent in December, from 3.3 percent in November 2013 as all commodity groups recorded higher annual increases except communication; recreation and culture; and education. Meanwhile, the annual average headline inflation rate for the year 2013 went down to 3.0 percent from 3.2 percent in 2012. Source: National Statistics Office, NSO
