Aside from the periodic assessment every three years, RA 11310 (4Ps Act) also mandates the PIDS to conduct an assessment of the veracity of the list of beneficiaries of Pantawid Pamilya every three years. The study will consist of two components: (i) Verification of the correctness of information of the list of beneficiaries – e.g. checking for duplicates, spot check and checking of roster information and beneficiary status (ii) Assessment of the targeting efficiency of the program in terms of identifying poor households as potential beneficiaries – i.e., estimating the inclusion and exclusion errors, coverage rate of program by income quintile.
