The project aims to conduct an evaluation and assesssment of the competitiveness and global market position of the PRA program vis-à-vis other retirement/residency programs based on a generally-accepted criteria; conduct an independent review of the current SRRV program policies and requirements; identify internal and external challenges that constrain the full implementation of the program and the achievement of its intended benefits; and propose policies that will make the program competitive.
