SERP-P ( is an online knowledge resource developed and maintained by the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS). It contains socioeconomic studies and materials produced by PIDS, other government agencies, academic and research institutions, and international organizations. Its establishment in 2000 is in line with the Institute’s mandates of providing a common link between the government and research institutions and of establishing an open-access repository of socioeconomic information that policymakers, educators, and students can use.
