Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) President Dr. Aniceto Orbeta Jr. and University of the Philippines (UP) President Atty. Angelo Jimenez officially sealed a new chapter in collaboration with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) today.
This agreement paves the way for the establishment of a permanent PIDS building on the UP campus, solidifying a shared vision for research excellence and public service. The 3,000-square-meter space signifies the culmination of a partnership that began with an initial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in 2019.
PIDS Vice President Marife Ballesteros and other Management Committee members witnessed the momentous occasion.
