Waste disposal has been a problem for so many years and most of the solutions forwarded by our officials have been to look for a wide “acceptable” area somewhere to dump everybody’s garbage. This is done without regard for the possible exposure to health hazards of the populace in the dumping area. In this issue, the author presents the economic side of the garbage problems and provides solutions to it.
