Given the scarcity of public resources, it is important to assess and determine the severity and importance of problems in a particular sector in order to be able to prioritize efforts and resources to address them. This Notes fulfills this task as it looks into the current problems in aquaculture being experienced in the Laguna de Bay area, especially in the perspective of the fishpen and fishcage operators in the area.
