In line with the PASCN’s Information Dissemination Program to disseminate the findings of APEC related issues that are relevant to the Philippine economic agenda and to bring the discussions to the region, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and Philippine APEC Study Network (PASCN), this time in partnership with University of San Carlos (USC), will hold a follow-up Regional Symposium on Disruptive Technologies: Opportunities, Challenges, and Risks on January 23, 2019 (from 8:30am to 4:00pm) at the Michael Richartz Tourism Center, University of San Carlos Talamban Campus, Cebu City.
The event aims to provide a venue for exchange of ideas that will propel more engagements toward the socioeconomic development not only in the region, but the whole Philippines. It is also a means to disseminate information updates, promote advocacies, and influence research agenda of universities.
