The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), in partnership with the Cordillera Studies Center of the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio will hold a policy research forum on "Human Capital: Health, Education, and Building Resilience" on April 6, 2016 at the UP Baguio Alumni Center in Baguio City.

There will be two papers to be presented during the forum. The first presentation will focus on the results of an impact evaluation study conducted by PIDS on the School Based Feeding Program of the Department of Education. The presentation will be made by PIDS Consultant Ana Maria Tabunda, who is also professor at UP School of Statistics and research director of Pulse Asia Research, Inc. The second presentation is on "Managing Risks and Building Resilience" by PIDS President Gilberto Llanto.
