Agriculture expert Dr. Roehlano Briones, Senior Research Fellow at PIDS joined the media forum on Roundtable at Lido last May 24, 2017, to discuss about the rice self-sufficiency policy in the Philippines and the issues surrounding it.
The media forum, held at Lido Restaurant in Quezon City, was organized by Areopagus Communications, a media organization led by Catholic journalists in the Philippines.
