Outsourcing: The Next Big Thing

At the rate that the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector is growing, it may indeed be the next big thing in this country. This was surmised by the author of this PIDS-commissioned study on the services sector. Doubts are being raised though about the sustainability of this hyper-growth phenomenon. Is it just a passing fancy or indeed the future trend of business? The author asserts all indications are pointing to the latter.
