This paper is an incisive research that attempts to have a working definition of the term “public enterprise” and to establish and delimit the perimeters of the existing Philippine public enterprise set based on the working definition adopted. Consequently, it provides a listing of public enterprise in the Philippines and to classify/categorize these sets into smaller partitions meaningful for purposes of economic activity.
